Late night start at school, I’m definitely not a fan. Somehow we managed to turn the merger of the two classes into a fierce competition, day vs night.

Steak Tartare,
Chicken Vole-au-Vent,
Brioche
A platter of 2 hot and 2 cold canapes.
It was a fun night seeing everyone again, good to catch up and just cook together after.
