Tuesday was fun, I arrived at work thinking as usual another boring day, but our chef on main course was sick, she went home, she was supposed to be on a split. Our head chef said he would do a split to cover her and the kitchen would shuffle to compensate.
We had a great night, though all tables came in at 8:30-9:30. A bit of drama with food being sent to the wrong table but that was about all, everyone was happy and it was a good night and a good service.
